Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
Grandma has only recently starting caring for her baby grandson, who is seven months old, due to mum being very young and struggling to cope with her baby. Mum wanted her baby to be safe and needed time to work on her mental health. Grandma stepped in to help care for her grandson and has requested some support to buy a highchair and baby monitor, as she is struggling financially. Grandma wants to support her grandson the best she can. Please could you support this family? Thank you.
Still £85 left to donate
Total needed £95B, who is on a low income, receives some benefits, but still struggles to make ends meet. He uses the local foodbank and was referred to Acts 435 by them. Recently, his vacuum cleaner has broken and he has no money to replace it, so it is becoming difficult keeping the floors clean. B would very much appreciate any help to purchase a replacement.
Still £85 left to donate
Total needed £85V is a single mum of two children, aged six and seven, the youngest of whom has learning difficulties. Mum has just been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer and secondary cancer in the liver. She is struggling financially to afford food, as her benefits are not yet in place and she has just lost her job, due to illness and not being there long enough. V needs financial help to buy food for her and the children, and also top-up her gas and electric. Your support will make a huge difference.
